Propostas Comuns Europeias (ECP)

O Grupo de Preparação das Conferências (CPG) da Conferência Europeia das Administrações de Correios e Telecomunicações (CEPT), que tem em mãos a preparação, pela parte europeia, da próxima Conferência Mundial das Radiocomunicações (WRC03), aprovou na reunião de 10 a 14 de Fevereiro as propostas comuns europeias (ECP) a submeter à WRC03. As Administrações que têm intenção de subscrever cada ECP deverão promover a respectiva assinatura, até ao próximo dia 1 de Abril. Por deliberação de 21 de Março de 2003, o Conselho de Administração da ANACOM aprovou a subscrição pela Administração Portuguesa da  maioria das ECP com excepção das que se referem ao item 1.23 (Realinhamento das atribuições de frequências na faixa dos 7 GHz) e  ao item 1.26 (ESV a bordo de embarcações).

A última reunião da CPG antes da WRC-03, que se realizou na Madeira de 28 de Abril a 2 de Maio de 2003, aprovou um conjunto de ECP's tardias, que serão agora enviadas à UIT para serem incorporadas no documento da CEPT. Estas ECP's são relativas a alguns dos itens considerados mais "difíceis" e que foram objecto de compromissos delicados, só conseguidos nesta reunião. As ECP's dos itens 1.21, 1.24, 1.27 (Partes B, C e D), 1.35, 1.37 (Partes B e C), 2, 4, 7.1 e 7.2 estão agora incluídas no conjunto abaixo.
