  • Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2669https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1769340 of 27 November amending Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/2191 as regards harmonised standards for wireless communication devices used next to the ear or in close proximity to the human body.
  • ANACOM recommends that operators limit any increase in prices, in tariffs available to new subscribers and in current contracts, ensuring effective access to the service by end users. In addition to limiting price increases for 2024, ANACOM also recommended a set of measures to companies in the sector with a view to protecting the rights and interests of consumers.
