In 2022, problems with service contracting were the main cause for complaints and the only issue to increase in this period, in which the number of complaints fell in general.
At the end of 2022, 4/5P offers were the most widely used, with 2.4 million subscribers, corresponding to a 7.9% increase in the number of subscribers.
