In 2012, DTT was one of the services giving rise to the most complaints (8132 records), associated with the transition from analogue to digital television occurring in the first quarter of the year. The issue most commonly cited in complaints was lack of DTT signal, which represented 80.1% of total complaints registered by ICP-ANACOM on DTT.
