The subject giving rise to the most complaints was customer service, with 2,175 complaints reported (28.8% less than 2011). Other issues giving rise to large numbers of complaints in this period were loss (1,157 records), lack of attempted delivery at home (1,155 records) and delayed delivery (953 records).
