According to the PT GROUP, there should be no doubts as to the number of rights of use to be provided. For that purpose, it proposes that ICP-ANACOM indicate, for each band, how many rights will be effectively provided, via amendment of the text contained in point 1, sub-paragraphs b) to f), of the draft decision.
Understanding of ICP-ANACOM
With regards to the comments of the PT GROUP relative to the number of rights of use to be allocated, it is clarified that the exact number depends on the result of the selection procedure, taking account of the possibility of there being various lots won. In that case, the several rights of use of frequencies will be aggregated into a single authorisation title, as occured in fact at the end of the auction proceeding held for the allocation of spectrum for BWA (Broadband Wireless Access).
