ANACOM took the position, by determination of 25 March 2009, that it considered that the obligation of providers of leased lines services to send statistical information, with respect to 2008 and under the terms of the determination of 2 November 2006, to this Authority has been fulfilled. The information covered by this obligation has the purpose of the definition of relevant markets and the assessment of significant market power and was sent, in compliance with said obligation, as required by notice of 10 March 2009.
