Exemption from sending statistical information on leased lines - Position

By determination of 25 March 2009, ANACOM adopted a position on the obligation of sending statistical information with respect to 2008, under the terms of determination of 2 November 2006, on a set of statistical data to be sent to this Authority by the providers of leased lines services for the purposes of the definition of relevant markets and the assessment of significant market power, which obligation ANACOM considered fulfilled in said position upon the sending by the operators of the information as required by notice of 10 March 2009.
