Provisions approving, subject to ratification, the Amendments of the Agreement relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (INTELSAT) and those of the respective Operating Agreement, adopted by the 25th Assembly of Parties of that Organization, held in Washington, from the 13th to the 17th November 2000.
Pursuant to point i) of article 161 and to paragraph 5 of article 166 of the Constitution, the Assembly of the Republic hereby resolves to approve, subject to ratification, the Amendments of the Agreement relating to the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (INTELSAT) and those of the respective Operating Agreement, adopted by the 25th Assembly of Parties of that Organization, held in Washington, from the 13th to the 17th November 2000, the text of which, in the authentic version in English and respective translation into Portuguese, is published in the annex hereto.
