Approval of the final decision on zero-rating and similar offers in Portugal in the context of the Open Internet

By decision dated 1 March 2023, ANACOM approved the final decision on zero-rating and similar offers in Portugal in the context of the Open Internet.

The Regulator also approved the report of the prior hearing and public consultation to which the corresponding draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1734288 had been submitted, and in the context of which contributions were received within the deadline from nine citizens and the following organisations: Associação D3 – Defesa dos Direitos Digitais; ISOC Portugal Chapter; MEO – Serviços de Comunicações e Multimédia; NOS, SGPS; e Vodafone Portugal – Comunicações Pessoais.
