Approval of the draft decision on zero-rating and similar offers in Portugal in the context of the open Internet

ANACOM approved, on 8 November 2022, the draft decision on zero-rating and similar offers in Portugal in the context of the open Internet.

This draft decision was submitted to a prior hearing of interested parties, under the Administrative Procedure Code, and to the general consultation procedure set out in article 8 of the Electronic Communications Lawhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1727429, as in force at the time of the decision. In both cases, a deadline of 20 working days was set for interested parties to comment, in writing and in Portuguese.
