Notice published on complaint submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal


On 14 December 2018, through its website, ANACOM published the Download file complaint submitted by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT), under the provisions of article 184 et seq. of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code), concerning ANACOM's decision of 12 July 20181, supplemented by a decision of 5 November 20182, which established the criteria governing the pricing of the universal postal service provided by CTT, as the provider of the universal postal service, applicable for the 2018-2020 period. CTT's complaint was also disclosed through publication of a notice in a national newspaper (Público) on 17 December 2018 and in Diário da República (Official Journal), informing interested parties that they may, where they so see fit and within a period of 15 working days following the date of publication of the last notice (in one of the media indicated above), state their positions as regards CTT's complaint and its reasoning, under the terms of and pursuant to article 192 of Código do Procedimento Administrativo (Administrative Proceeding Code).

As such, following publication of the last notice - Notice no. 19155/2018https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1465598 in Series II of Diário da República (Official Journal) no. 245/2018 of 20 December - interested parties should send comments no later than 14 January 2019, by email to reclamacao-CTT-precos@anacom.ptmailto:reclamacao-ctt-precos@anacom.pt.
