Approval of the values of the universal postal service quality indicators reported by CTT in 2016

On 2 November 2017, ANACOM approved a final decision on the quality indicators of the universal postal service reported by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in 2016.

Approval was also given to the report of the prior hearing of CTT to which the respective draft decisionhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=1418181 was submitted (draft decision approved on 15 September 2017).
