Brussels hosted on 16 December 2015 a public debriefing of the 25th BEREC plenary meeting held in London the previous 10-11 December.
The session was chaired by Fátima Barros, the head of ANACOM and of BEREC in 2015. It included presentations on the conclusions and key points of the meeting, especially the documents approved for final publication.
A highlight was the presentation of BEREC’s opinion and contribution concerning the review of the regulatory framework, in response to the request from the European Commission (EC), and the 2016 working programme. The debriefing was attended by representatives of various sector stakeholders and journalists, who could ask questions at the end. It was transmitted in real time via internet; participants could also ask questions by Twitter or email.
