By decision of 23 December 2015, and following audits of the 2011 and 2012 SCA - Sistema de Contabilidade Analítica (Analytical Accounting System) used by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT), ANACOM approved the prior hearing report, the SCA declarations of conformity (2011 and 2012) and a set of determinations and recommendations for the system's improvement.
