''Write a letter to your 45-year old self''.
Are you between 9-15 years old? Read the rules and take part!
Write a new composition in the form of a letter, imagining that the letter is addressed to yourself as a 45-year old.
Only individual entries are accepted. The letter must be written in English and be between 500 and 800 words long. Letters must be received no later than 12 February 2016.
As a prize, the young winners in each category will receive a tablet worth approximately 700 euros. Where entries are organised by a school, there may also be prizes for the teachers and the school.
One of the winners will go on to represent Portugal at the international competition organized by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in 2016 alongside representatives selected by other member countries.
This initiative is promoted jointly by ANACOM and CTT - Correios de Portugal.
