By determination of 30 October 2014, ANACOM has decided to approve the rules to be followed by CTT - Correios de Portugal (CTT) in drawing up an inventory of assets attached to the concession.
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing of CTT, to which the respective draft decision, as approved on 24 July 2014, was submitted.
This decision results from paragraph 4 of Bases XIV of the Universal Postal Service Concession Bases, as amended by Decree-Law no. 160/2013 of 19 November, under which it is incumbent on ANACOM to define the rules on the asset inventory allocated to the concession.
