Adoption of the draft ITUR Manual - 2nd edition

By determination of 22 May 2014, ANACOM has approved the draft 2nd edition of the ITUR Manual, corresponding to the requirements and technical specifications of telecommunications infrastructure in housing developments, urban settlements and concentrations of buildings, pursuant to its powers to approve ITUR technical standards in accordance with article 106 of Decree-Law no. 123/2009 of 21 May, as amended by Law no. 47/2013 of 10 July.

It was decided to submit this project to the general consultation procedure as laid down in article 8 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, as amended and republished by Law no. 51/2011 of 13 September. It was also decided to provide a period of 20 working days for interested parties to comment.
