By determination of 30 September 2004, a decision was taken regarding the PT Comunicações (PTC) campaign including a free offer of local, regional and national calls in Leiria area (prefix 244) between 7:00 p.m. on Friday, 1 October, and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, 2 October, within the scope of the current 'roadshow PT perto de Si' programme. This determination has a paragraph related to the rules that have to be fulfilled in the future in similar situations, which was submitted to the prior hearing procedure of PTC, pursuant to articles 100 and 101 of the Rules of Administrative Procedure.
