ANACOM approved, by determination of 21 July 2010, the final decision on the conditions of the reference interconnection offer (RIO) applying during 2010.
Approval was likewise given to the report on the prior hearing and public consultation which were held on the corresponding draft decision, further to determination of 15 April 2010, in the scope of which responses were received from the following entities: AR Telecom, Cabovisão, Colt Telecom, OniTelecom, PT Comunicações, Sonaecom, Vodafone Portugal and ZON TV Cabo. Comments were also received from the European Commission.
This decision was notified to the European Commission and to national regulatory authorities of other Member States, through the procedures and with the effects established in article 57 of Law number 5/2004, of 10 February.
