By determination of 15 April 2010, ANACOM has given approval to the draft decision on the conditions of the Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) to apply in 2010.
This draft decision has been submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties and to the general consultation procedure, with a period of 20 working days provided under both procedures for interested partied to respond. As such, comments should be received no later than 20 May 2010, and should preferably be sent by email to consulta.pri2010@anacom.ptmailto:consulta.pri2010@anacom.pt.
Upon the conclusion of the consultation procedure, the responses received will be published on this website. Respondents should therefore clearly mark any items which are considered confidential.
On the same date, ANACOM also gave approval to the notification to be sent to the European Commission and the national regulatory authorities (NRA) of the other Member States, as well as the short notification form completed under the terms of Annex II of European Commission Recommendation 2008/850/EC of 15 October.
