RIO - conditions to apply in 2010

By determination of 15 April 2010, ANACOM has given approval to the draft decision on the conditions of the Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO) to apply in 2010.

It was likewise decided to submit the draft decision to the prior hearing of interested parties, under the terms of articles 100 and 101 of the Code of Administrative Procedure, for a period of 20 working days, and also to the general consultation procedure pursuant to article 8 of the Law of Electronic Communications (LEC), whereby respondents have an equal period to comment.

ANACOM further approved the notification to be sent to the European Commission and the national regulatory authorities of the other Member States, under the terms of paragraph 1 of article 57 of the LEC.
