ANACOM has decided not to oppose the entry into force of the fixed-mobile traffic tariff proposal, to be applied beginning on 1 July 2005, presented by PT Comunicações (PTC) following the determination of this Authority dated 9 May 2005.
PTC must now fulfill applicable obligations of disclosure and/or publication under the terms of Article 48, Item 3 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February.
