PTC - PT Comunicações fixed-mobile retail prices

By determination dated 24 June 2005, the decision not to oppose the entry into force of the tariff proposal to be applied to fixed-mobile traffic, effective beginning on 1 July 2005, presented by PT Comunicações (PTC) was ratified. It follows the ANACOM determination dated 9 May 2005, notwithstanding PTC fulfillment of applicable obligations of disclosure and/or publication under the terms of Article 48, Item 3 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February.
