ANACOM signed protocols with the Regional Directorate for the Public Administration of Porto Santo and the Regional Secretariat of Science, Technology and Equipment of the Azores on 10 and 22 February 2010 respectively, with a view to holding decentralised national amateur aptitude tests, under the terms of and for the purposes of article 4 of Decree-Law No. 53/2009 of 2 March.
