3. Activities of the ICP

Regarding telecommunications, the ICP's fiscal year 2001 activities were marked by consolidation of full liberalisation of the sector.

The Annual Report and Accounts submitted by the Board of Administration is clear and thorough vis-à-vis the characterization of activity undertaken in fiscal year 2001, which was oriented around the development of open competitive markets, defence of users and consumers, and development of the information society - axes that support the ICP's mission, which is to promote universality, quality and diversity of postal and telecommunications networks and services.
