By determination of 3 November 2009, ANACOM has decided not to oppose the proposal for the fixed telephone service residential tariff, in the scope of the universal service, as presented by PT Comunicações on 27 October 2009, subject to the obligations of transparency to be undertaken. This tariff was submitted to ANACOM's Advisory Council pursuant to the Statutes of this Authority.
