The project team (PT) on Supervision/Market Data met last 13 October in Brussels, where among other issues the participants considered the ongoing revision by the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) of standard EN 13850:2009 (“Postal Services – Measurement of the Transit Time of End-to-End Services for Single Piece Priority Mail and First Class”). A report was also drawn up on quality of service indicators in European Union member States from 2005 to 2008. Agreement was reached to forward the latter report for approval to the CERP plenary session to be held this 18-20 November in Monaco.
