The 12th plenary meeting of the Latin American Forum of Telecommunications Regulatory Authorities (Regulatel) took place last 14 October in Capri, Italy. The report on activities carried out in 2009 was presented and the 2010 activities plan approved. Also, the organisation’s new president, Guilhermo Thornberry (head of the Peruvian regulator OSIPTEL) took office.
