Declaration issued to Telemática, Lda. for the provision of data transmission services

By order of 17 September 2009 and pursuant to the Law of Electronic Communications (Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February), a declaration has been issued which permits the company Telemática Peninsular de Portugal, Lda. to engage in the provision of data transmission services.
