Statement of Rectification
For all due purposes, we hereby declare that Decree-Law no. 381-A/97, published in the Diário da República (Portuguese Government Gazette), I Series, no. 300 (3rd supplement), of December 30, 1997, the original of which is filed in this Secretariat-General, contained the following errata, which are thus rectified:
In article 11, point 1, paragraph d), «Utilização efectivo e eficiente» must read «Utilização efectiva e eficiente» (Effective and efficient use).
In article 33, point 2, «The transgressions foreseen in the present diploma shall be punishable by a fine of PTE 100,000 and PTE 750,000 and of PTE 1,000,000 to PTE 9,000,000» must read «The transgressions foreseen in the present diploma shall be punishable by a fine of PTE 100,000 to PTE 750,000 and of PTE 1,000,000 to PTE 9,000,000».
