Administrative Rule
Considering that permit applications, as well as the respective alterations, renewals or replacements in case of loss or non-use, are subject to the prior payment of a tariff destined to cover the expenses related to examining the process, under the penalty of non-evaluation;
Considering that it is opportune to proceed with updating the tariff regime in force, established by Administrative Ruling no. 691/88, of October 15:
The Government hereby orders, through the Ministry of Finance and the Secretaries of State for Social Communication and for Housing and Communications, under the terms set out in points 1 and 4 of Article 30 of Decree-Law no. 130/97, of May 27, that the tariffs to be applied shall be those contained in the annex to the present diploma, of which it is an integral part.

Permit tariffs for sound broadcasting
Permit application - PTE 50,000.
Granting of permit - PTE 500,000.
Permit renewal or alteration - PTE 200,000.
Permit replacement (through loss or non-use) - PTE 20,000.
