In compliance with the provision of article 16 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February, ICP – National Communications Authority (ICP-ANACOM) hereby makes public that, by determination of the Board of Directors of ICP-ANACOM of 17 February 2006, the final version of the new national frequency allocation plan (NFAP) has been approved, together with the final report on the general consultation procedure which this instrument was subject to, following determination of 29 November 2005.

The NFAP is available for consultation at the website of ICP-ANACOM, at National Frequency Allocation Plan - 2005/2006https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=656421.
