Order
Considering that Decree-Law no. 241/97, of 18 September, defines the regime for exercising the activity of cable distribution network operator, for public use, on Portuguese territory;
Considering that, under the terms of said diploma, only the entities authorised by the Member of Government responsible for the communications sector can install and explore cable distribution network, being subject to inspections by the Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal (ICP);
Under the terms of article 11 of Decree-Law no. 241/97, of 18 September, the following is stipulated:
1 - The tariff for issuing an authorisation, by the Instituto das Comunicações de Portugal, to exercise the activity of cable distribution network operator is set at PTE 2,000,000.
2 - The tariff for renewing, altering or replacing the authorisation referred to in the previous point in case of loss, is set at PTE 250,000.
