National customer satisfaction index (ECSI-Portugal) 2008 - communications sector


This study, conducted by the Portuguese Quality Association (APQ) in partnership with the Higher Institute of Statistics and Information Management at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (ISEG-UNL) and the Portuguese Quality Institute (IPQ), presents the results of an evaluation of the perception of consumers in the communications, banking, insurance, fuel, bottled gas, passenger transportation sectors, and for the first time in 2008, the public water supply sector.

With regard to the communications sector, the study includes an assessment of fixed network and mobile telephone services, Internet access (fixed and mobile), subscription television distribution and the postal service.
