By determination of 1 July 2009, ANACOM approved a final decision on the Regulation on the adoption, settlement and collection of fees due to this Authority, which not only simplifies all the process but also enables operators to be aware of the applicable general regime, as well as the substantive regime of each fee.
Approval was given also to the report of the public consultation to which the draft regulation was subject, decided by determination of 25 March 2009, in the scope of which the contributions were received from the following bodies: Vodafone Portugal, Onitelecom, AR Telecom, Grupo Portugal Telecom, União Geral de Consumidores, Associação de Consumidores de Portugal, Associação Portuguesa de Direito ao Consumo and Federação Nacional das Cooperativas de Consumidores.
This Regulation will be published in Series II of the Official Gazette, according to the regulatory procedure defined in the Statutes of ANACOM.
