By determination of 27 May 2009, ANACOM approved, following a prior hearing of interested parties, the procedures related to the amateur services and amateur-satellite services, provided for in Decree-Law no. 53/2009, of 2 March, which takes effect next Monday, July 1st.
These procedures govern issues such as electronic means which must be used in the communication between ANACOM and amateurs, namely applications to be submitted to this Authority, procedures related to amateur exams and respective documents, ways to establish technical conditions of operation of means used or the assignment of call signs
