By determination of 20 May 2009, ANACOM decided to withdraw the measure taken on 7 January 2009 that allocated to RNT - Rede Nacional de Telecomunicações the right of use for frequencies for the provision of a publicly available mobile terrestrial service, in the scope of the tender for the allocation of a right of use for frequencies in the 450-470 MHz band. The report of the prior hearing to which the respective draft decision was subject, approved by determination of 1 April 2009, was also approved.
This decision involves also the forfeit to this Authority of the provisional security given by the company, pursuant to article 5 of Regulation no. 474/2008, of 22 August (Tender Regulation).
