In view of the reorganization of the regulations framework emerging from Law n. 91/97, of 1 August, it was acknowledged, by determination of 20 February 2003, that to the network used by TVI - Televisão Independente, S.A., for the exercise of the television activity, is applicable the statute of public telecommunications network.
