Quality of service indicators and complaints system Service quality and claims system indicators (2001) ? determination of 27.2.2003


By determination of 27 February 2003, the conclusions of the audit to the quality of service indicators and complaints system of CTT, related to the year 2001, were approved, which was carried out within the scope of article 8, paragraph 7 and article 22, paragraph 3 of the Basic Law of Postal Services (Law no. 102/99, of 26/07) by the company Deloitte & Touche.  Recommendations and determinations to improve the monitoring system were communicated to CTT.
