As envisaged in the activities for permanently accompanying the Excellence Centre for the Portuguese and Spanish speaking countries in Africa, a meeting was held last 12-13 March on the premises of ANACOM and with ITU representation, between donor countries represented by ANACOM's External Relations Division and Spain's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, and beneficiary countries represented by Angola's INACOM and Mozambique's INCM.
The gathering served to work on subjects involving the development and programming of actions for 2009, maintain the project's necessary initial accompaniment.
