By determination of 1 April 2009, ANACOM approved the issue of the licence renewing the right of frequency use of REPART – Sistemas de Comunicação de Recursos Partilhados, S.A., for the provision of the mobile trunking service. It also approved the report on the previous hearing on the draft licence for the renewal of the right of frequency use, further to the determination of 17 December 2008.
