Decree-Law no.31/2003https://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=980475 has been published on 17 of February, amending the bases of the concession of the telecommunications public service, published in annex to Decree-Law no. 40/95 of 15 Februaryhttps://www.anacom.pt/render.jsp?contentId=980475, which were replaced by the bases annex to this statutory instrument.
The new bases present the necessary amendments to the concession contract of PT Comunicações, following the deassignment of the basic network of public domain, pursuant to Law no. 29/2003 of 6 December, and the respective dismissal to the concessionaire.
