With Decree-Law no. 63/2009 of 10 March, the Government presents a modification to Decree-Law no. 177/99 of 21 May that broadens ANACOM's activity within the scope of Audiotext to the information society services provided through messages supported on electronic communications, particularly in the fields of operation registering, of granting rights of use of numbers, and of supervision.
This draft decision will be subject to public consultation, and a 20-day period was established for interested parties to comment.
The deadline for receiving comments is 30 April 2009. These comments should be sent, preferably by e-mail, to the address consulta-sva-mensagens@anacom.ptmailto:consulta-sva-mensagens@anacom.pt.
Once the consultation procedure is concluded, the replies received will be publicly released on this website and therefore interested parties should clearly indicate the elements they consider confidential.
