By determination of 11 March 2009, ANACOM has approved the final decision on the set of statistical data which providers of postal services are required to send to this Authority on a quarterly basis.

Approval was likewise given to the report of the prior hearing held on the draft decision, approved on 4 December 2008, in respect of which positions were stated by the following undertakings: Choronopost Portugal, CTT-Correios de Portugal and Mailglobe.

The providers of postal services now have a period of 30 days to implement these indicators. As of the (calendar) quarter following the quarter during which this implementation period ends, the providers are required to submit this information on a regular basis.
