The Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communications, Mário Lino, and the Secretary of State Assistant and for Public Works and Communications, Paulo Campos, made a public presentation, on the premises of the Ministry, of the legislation which defines the regime applicable to the construction, access and installation of electronic communications networks and infrastructure, approved in general terms at the Council of Ministers on 26 February 2009.
This decree-law - available on the MOPTChttp://www.moptc.gov.pt - today begins a process of public consultation, which will end on 17 March; comments should be sent by email to: gseaopc@moptc.gov.ptmailto:gseaopc@moptc.gov.pt.
