By determination of 30 January 2003, draft decision relating to alterations to be introduced by PT Comunicações in the reference interconnection offer for 2003 (RIO 2003) was approved. The interested parties were notified of this determination in order to make a written statement, within 10 days, in accordance with Articles 100 and 101 of the Rules of Administrative Procedure.?
