Updated statistical information has been released on the use of electronic forms in the context of ANACOM services .
According to data which has now been released, 1,711 electronic forms for services provided by ANACOM to its clients (ANACOM services) have been sent using the regulator's online services during 2008. Requests submitted using electronic forms accounted for about 27% of all requests received in relation to these services (6,264 requests).
The services most marked by the use of electronic forms include the Personal Radio Service - Citizen's Band (CB) and ITED - Telecommunications Infrastructure in Buildings, representingr 61.70% and 32% of total forms received in this way.
