Review of the report on the consultation concerning the introduction of the GSM-R system

By determination of 27 August 2008, approval was granted to the review of the report on the consultation concerning the introduction of the GSM-R system and the definition of the respective type of authorisation. This review was based on the inclusion of Vodafone Portugal's position which due to an error failed to be considered in the scope of the assessment of market responses, although it had been submitted in due time.

In the view of the details of the contribution, however, ANACOM has deemed that there are no grounds for amending the decision approved by determination of 6 August 2008.
