With respect to the communications sector, this study, with reference to 2007 and sponsored exclusively by ANACOM, encompasses the assessment of the fixed and mobile telephone services, Internet access, cable television and the postal service. The overall report presents the results of an assessment of the perception of consumers in the banking, insurance, communications, fuel, bottled gas and passenger transport sectors, carried out by ISEGI-UNL, in partnership with APQ and IPQ, in 2007.
